These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided under the OurPBX brand, operated by OurSRV Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by OurSRV Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd, which is operated by OurSRV TECHNO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD under the OurPBX brand. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

OurPBX provides hosted PBX, VoIP communication, and business messaging services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use our services lawfully and comply with all applicable regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC rules.

4. Payment and Billing

Fees are billed in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

5. SMS Program & Mobile Terms of Service

Mobile Terms of Service: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from OurPBX Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd regarding service updates and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out, HELP for help.

By opting into SMS communications from OurPBX:

You consent to receive recurring business-related messages.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not required to purchase services.

Opt-Out & Support

To opt out, reply STOP at any time.
You can also opt-out by submitting your number via our SMS Opt-Out Form.
For help, reply HELP or contact support@oursrv.com.

OurPBX supports standard opt-out keywords including STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE.

6. SMS Platform Compliance – OurPBX

OurPBX provides messaging services to business clients. All clients using OurPBX SMS services must:

Obtain proper express consent from recipients
Maintain opt-in records
Honor opt-out requests
Comply with CTIA and carrier guidelines
Register campaigns through The Campaign Registry (TCR)

OurPBX does not allow:

SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco)
Phishing or fraudulent messages
Unregistered traffic
Robocall spam
Lead list blasting or cold outreach without consent

7. Limitation of Liability

OurPBX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Services are provided "as is".
